Refund Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Refunds are available when:
- The Software doesn't work as described. If a core feature described on the pricing page (booking, checkout, loyalty points, the layouts) is genuinely broken and we can't fix it within a reasonable time after you report it, you're entitled to a full refund.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (a duplicate/accidental charge).
- You never received the download due to a technical error on our end or our payment processor's end, and we're unable to resolve delivery within a reasonable time.
Refunds are not available when:
- You changed your mind after successfully downloading the Software.
- The Software doesn't fit a specific requirement that wasn't listed in the stated requirements (WordPress, free Elementor, free WooCommerce) — check the install guide before purchasing if you're unsure.
- You need help with unrelated custom development, hosting issues, or third-party plugin conflicts outside the Software itself — see "Need Something Custom?" on the pricing page instead.
- The request comes in long after purchase with no attempt made to use the Software or contact us about a problem first.
How refunds work
Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they process the actual refund transaction back to your original payment method once a refund is approved. To request one, email hello@salontemplate.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
If you're in the European Union: because this is digital content delivered immediately with your consent at checkout, the standard 14-day statutory withdrawal right for online purchases does not apply once download access has been provided — this is the same standard treatment most digital software and template marketplaces use, not something specific to us.
Contact
Questions about a specific order: hello@salontemplate.com, or use the contact form.
This is a general-purpose template for a small digital product business and isn't a substitute for legal advice — if you're relying on this for a real business, have it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with your jurisdiction (and your payment processor's own merchant-of-record obligations) before publishing it as-is.
