It's a simple running balance shown on their account page, and you can see every client's balance on one Customers & Points screen; there's no redemption catalog yet.
Go to Appearance → Import Demo Data and click one button. In about a minute you get all 18 layouts plus bookable services, staff, a location and photos, with your homepage and menu set up. The importer is built in, so there's no extra plugin to install. When you're ready for your own content, Remove Demo Content deletes exactly what the import added and never touches anything you created.
